If at any time, you are not happy with a phone card you purchased through us, we will do everything that we can to remedy the situation.
If we are unable to remedy the problem experienced – we will happily contact the provider of your international calling card on your behalf to resolve the issue.
If you have purchased a refillable phone card – you will always have the option of transferring the balance of that card to a different type of card from a different phone card provider.
Finally, if we are unable to resolve the issue you are experiencing – we will gladly give a full refund within 30 days of any refillable card purchase if the balance purchased still remains on the card.
